We are now designing a WTX map, that takes 4 files as input and generates some output, the challenge what we face now is not all the 4 inputs would be present during the map execution, one of the input files may or may not be present, is there an option to specify within WTX to have an optional input card ? i.e.. if the input file specified is present then process it through , else use an empty file.
Thanks in Advance,

Re: WTX Map with no Input2012-11-13T16:57:09ZThis is the accepted answer. This is the accepted answer. One option is create two copies of the map, one with the 4 inputs and one with 3 inputs. Then create a map whose only map rule does nothing but check for the presence of the conditional file (probably using GET) and RUN the appropriate map of the two. If any (or more than one) input file may not be present, it gets more complicated.

Re: WTX Map with no Input2012-11-13T17:43:55ZThis is the accepted answer. This is the accepted answer.I use a batch job that checks for the presence of the necessary input files, invokes the correct WTX map with dtxcmdsv, and passes the filenames to it with -IF1, -IF2, etc. switches.
