Do I need to assign different Service IP Address to each Port 1 of each V7000 Node or one Service IP Address is enough? If one Service IP Address is enough, will it be transferred over to the other node if my active node will fail?

Re: V7000 Service IP Address2012-11-08T15:57:13Z in response to XSeriesxpertA unique service IP address should be assigned to each node in the system.
The service IP address is used to access a node directly, such as in service/maintenance scenarios when it is not operating as part of a clustered system.
There is no failover of the service IP address -- it's tied to a specific node.
