Pinned topic x3650 M2 7947 won't turn on (error light PS)

‏2012-11-07T02:41:39Z |
Hi all:

I just bought an x3650 M2 Certified Pre-Owned Equipment.
When plugged in to the power, waited 3 minutes and I turns on but it shows an error.
At the Light Path Diagnostics shows PS Error 9:F.
Both lights at the PSU are GREEN and there's no error light.

Please help.

    Thank you Alexander.
I realized that the error was detected because I just plugged 1 PDU and the server thought that the other one was faulty but it was unplugged.
Now the only problem is that I don't have video..
I'm using an HP ZR2440w that does not have VGA so I'm using a DVI to VGA adapter and I think that might be the problem. I logged in IMM and everything seems to be working smoothly.
