A new demo is available that describes the owner of a company's web applications receiving an email alert from CCM and beginning to investigate. He contacts his support people to determine what is wrong. The support person decides the problem is not with the cloud service but with their web server VMs. The support person destroys the VM with the problems and launches another.
The scenario highlights the high level CCM grouping functions and the low level historic detail, which are new deliveries for Sprint 9.
