I am trying to ndm a file to another server and getting the CLI is terminating with error. The error from ndm logs is as follows :

STAR=20121030 14:21:27|RECI=CXIT|RECC=CAEV|TZDI=-18000|MSGT=CMGR exited. Pid=2063. Exitcode=1.
Can anyone help me in this regard. Thanks.

    This is an issue with Secure+ Option, probably keys are not generated.

    Message explanation:
    The Strong Password Encryption feature required a key,
    but one does not exist. This may be the result of a
    corrupted or mismatched Secure+ .Password record.
    SYSTEM ACTION: The password related functions fail.
    RESPONSE: Refer to the Administration Guide
    for Strong Password Encryption.
