We need a step by step procedure / guide to capture the phyical file details of a digitial document.
a. When the set of physical documents are scanned, indexed and released into FileNet, hte physical file details (.e.g location, rack, box number etc...) needs to be captured.
Please share any document if this kind of implementation has been done using IBM Records Manager record entities 'Record folder' - 'Box' type

It will appear right in the UI when you are creating a psychical record. You can also append these properties to the current Box class as well.
