Pinned topic Error 1004 with nmon analyzer 3.4.a

‏2012-10-23T02:01:46Z |
Hello,
I use a nmon analyser with last version,
nmon analyser V3.4.a
with aix6.1.7.0 TL05
  nmon -F $OUTFILE -P -M -s 30 -c 200 -t -I 0

When I run tools on my file, I receive an eror message
"execute error 1004
data couldn't be pasted because it is different the form of copy area and paste area.

When I open debug windows, I see highlight line
".Section.Copy Sheet1.Range("A1")

Any advice would be appreciated.

You don't state the Windows version or the Excel version - this is where the problem will be found.
Excel new version not being compatible with Excel previous.
Look in the nmon analyser documentation - it is in the ownload package then for enties on this forum about running in compatibility mode.

It might also be you are using a non-USA number convention like . or , as thousand delimiters - again check the analyser docs.

Hope this helps, remember I wrote the C program on AIX/Linux and not the analysr!, Nigel G

Same problem here using Windows 7 and Microsoft Excel 2007

I'm trying to merge 7 logs (1 for each day 1.5MB each) using Merge = Yes and Top. It stops after the "Analysing Top".
