Could someone to tell me the advantages of migrating from v2 to v3, i have several performance problems in my servers and my boss thinks that it's going to fix it.
i dont find if the migration will get better something.

You are encouraged to upgrade, but I would like to know what's the "performance issues" specifically so that we can learn if it's a tuning issue or server defect.

Sorry, i'm not an expert in applications server, but the probleme i have is the application response time, i restart the server every morning and five or six hours after the apli doesn't work, it's impossible to work du the slowness, after restart it works until the end of day, however i dont see any error in the logs.....
Any idea about what to see in orden to find out the probleme?

Thank you for your anwser, we know that le type de architecture is not the best, we have wasce 2.1 and oracle 9, and there are tables with records blob, we try to find out where the probleme is located, in in the log doesnt appear errors.
The aplication call an application by webservices, this put a pdf's temporally in oracle and after this, application call the digital sign aplication, recording the pdf file in a table and bringing back the pdf signed.
