Pinned topic Make http adapter's domain an external property

‏2012-10-18T19:48:49Z |
I was informed by an IBM dev that the domain of http adapters can be made to be external. A quote from him:

You can make the adapter's domain an external property.
You can add a property to the worklight.properties file, e.g.:

adapter.domain=www.mydomain.com

and use this property in the adapter xml with this syntax:
<domain>${adapter.domain}</domain>
My question is how do i pass that in via client-side javascript?

    Hello,

    You cannot pass domain from client side. Adapter is a server side entity which can be configured on server only.
