We are using Optim 7.2.2 as our archive solution, and I'm trying to use the command line interface (PR0CMND /AFMF
) to selectively remove rows from a registered Archive File.
The process is working fine, excepted for the tables defined as "Reference Tables" in the Access Definition:
Here is the command line used, and the command file:

PR0CMND /AFMF OUTPUT=report_test.txt @test.txt

AF (local) 'D:\Softwares\IBM Optim\data\AARSRVREQ_Jan152011-0011-Copy.AF'
SELCRIT OPTIMDB.SIEBEL.S_SRV_REQ ROW_ID='1-17LS'
If you open the log attached, you will see that the tables S_BU and S_USER (defined as Reference Tables in our Access Definition) are blank in the New Archive File, and we need to keep these tables for the other customers.
Is this the normal behavior ? is there another way to selectively remove rows from a registered Archive File?

Unfortunately this is a defect on this release and it is fixed in 7.3.1 release. Could you please submit a PMR to get it fixed on Optim 7.2.2 release? Once it is fixed, you will receive an IFIX and that should solve your problem.
