I am trying to do the same getting error for almost all type declarations:

    You are asking the wrong question. Yes, you can create two mxsd files with the same namespace.
    However, those two files must not contain global elements with the same name. Yours do - that is why you received that error.
    The restriction is a necessary one - the namespace and name are the only way to identify an element whether you are using WMB or any other XML processing system.
