We are using Rational Change 5.2 Integrated with Synergy which I am new to and know very little about and am currently testing it in a pilot project. I am confronting the problem where users submit a change request but can't see it after they have submitted it. I have tried to assign all roles except for pt_admin but they still can't see it, the only way they see it is if I assign pt_admin which shouldn't be given only to the admins. What am I supppose to do so that they can see the CRs?

Have a look at the admin interface of Change and switch off all ACL. If the users can see the CRs afterwards, someone has prepared some rules that need a user to be a member of specific groups. If this is the case, switch the ACL on again and edit the defined rules to find out which groups the users need to be members of.
