Hi,

Is there a way by which we can Archive data from a database which is on Cloud (www.salesforce.com etc.). If possible could you please post some document which could be referred?

    1) If you are able to connect to the cloud database from where Optim is installed, then you should be able to archive
    2) Since Optim one network and database is another network, there might be some performance impact

    Hi Prateek,

    Here is Optim document link http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/optsol/v9r1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.nex.optsol.doc%2Ftopics%2Fwelcome_dg.html

    However if you install Optim, you will DOC folder under <Install Folder>/RT/DOC. You can refer config.pdf for installation and configuration.
