Pinned topic Soma message to update port for a XSL Proxy

‏2012-10-05T10:18:39Z |
Hi,

Does anyone know what the SOMA message would be to update the port for an XSL Proxy? Or where I can look to find it?

Thanks

    I think you will need to to a modify-config command and simply change the port.

    I have no example here right now, but this is how I would try it.

    This is what I'm using,
    ...
    <dp:do-action>
    <dp:modify-config>
    <XSLProxyService name="nameOfProxyService">
    <LocalPort>7777</LocalPort>
    </XSLProxyService>
    </dp:modify-config>
    </dp:do-action>
    ...

    but keep getting an internal server error, which I cannot resolve.

    All other SOMA commands that I have for updating host alias, HTTPS FSH, etc, work fine, except for the XSL Proxy Port.

    This might be it:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
    <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
    <env:Body>
    <dp:request domain="myDomain" xmlns:dp="http://www.datapower.com/schemas/management">
    <dp:modify-config>
    <XSLProxyService" name="myXSLP">
    <LocalPort>123</LocalPort>
    </modify-config>
    </dp:request>
    </env:Body>
    </env:Envelope>

    you do not have to wrap the modify-config in a do-action.

    </dp:request>
    </env:Body>
    </env:Envelope>
    That worked. Guess it could have been the do-action that was causing the error.

    Thanks for the quick replies with this.
