    The basic are:
    1. Add data sources to your model.
    2. Create dimensions and levels from the data sources by dragging columns into the dimension map or by editing the properties of a level to assign a column to a specific role within the level (such as the category code or the short/long name attributes).
    3. Create measures.
    4. Build the cube.
    5. Publish the cube by creating a Content Manager data source and package.

I'm sure that at this point you are probably thinking that this isn't enough detail for you to proceed and you would probably be right. The concepts you will need to create a cube cannot be managed in an effective way in a single forum post. I would recommend that you review the product documentation to start with. The Transformer User Guide has the level of detail you will need to create a cube. Reading this manual should allow you to proceed with your first steps in creating a cube and then you will be in a better position to ask relevant questions about the process of building a cube.

Another option would be to enrol in one of the available courses for designing OLAP models. This will give you the hands-on experience necessary to build your own cubes in an effective manner. The following link is a reference to such a course.
