Pinned topic Worklight.properties in IBM Worklight

‏2012-10-03T11:39:08Z |
Hi,

I have a doubt , where can i see my worklight.properties file in the IBM Worklight Console.

Likewise in a Portal, application.properties file can be seen at the URL WebSphere/PortalServer/shared/sdp/config/application.properties through WinSCP/XShell/Putty , same in the Worklight Server is possible or not ???

If yes, what is the way of seeing worklight.properties file of the IBM Worklight Project on the IBM Worklight Server

Thanks,
GKDV

What is the Application Server you're using? Tomcat? WAS? Liberty? ...

worklight.properties is not meant to be displayed anywhere, as it is supposed used to configure the Worklight Server (and not for anything else).
It is most certainly not supposed to be displayed in the Worklight Console.

      Hi Idan,

I am not using any application server right now.

Is there is possibility to access application.properties which is at location WebSphere/PortalServer/shared/sdp/config/application.properties in the WAS application server and get the content from that property file through Worklight Server ???

      Thanks

    GKDV,

You say you use WAS. WAS is an application server. ...
I don't have an answer about application.properties at this time.

As for Android (why do you not use separate threads for your questions?), the native folder's contents are "zipped" into the Android apk file which is installed on the device.
This file contains the web resources as well as any other file required by the application.

Have you tried a Google search? this is very generic information...
I would also advice you to consult with the IBM Worklight documentation, which can help a lot: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/mobile/worklight/getting-started/documentation.html

The end result for an Android app is a .apk file
    For iOS it's .ipa
    For BlackBerry it's .cod
    For Windows Phone it's .xap
