Hi, looking at report designer to use the file created as an input to CQ reporting in jazz.
I can create a report and it all works.
Unfortunately the report contains a number of fields, so of which like description can be quite lengthy. So rather than a single row for each record, I would like to split it so that the shorter values (id, headline, state, etc) are on row 1 of the record, description is on row 2 and perhaps notes on row 3.
That way, the larger fields can be the width of the page.
The documentation I am looking at "Using the BIRT Report Designer" is great for the basics but not details of the editor.

You can create more than one row for details. "Field Guide to BIRT" might be helpful.
