‏2012-09-26T14:20:28Z |
Hello All,
I have uploaded sapjco3.jar, sapidoc3.jar and sapjco3.dll files into CastIron Studio 6.1.0.0 in my windows system. When I am trying to connect with SAP system I am facing an error like "SAP DLL files are not found. Detail: com.sap.conn.jco.JCo(initialization failure)". Can any one figure out the problem. Thanks in advance.
Thanks,
Sunil Sure.

    Hi,
Any reason why you would want to use 6.1.0.0? I don't recall having problems when using 6.1.0.3, nor even now with 6.1.0.9.
Which OS on your host are you running?

    Regards,
    Magali

It may not work in either of these case:
1 - Check if ur env JRE version is compatible with SAP JCo one including the bits -32 bit / 64 bit.It has to be same

2 - If dll file is not getting installed on the Windows OS, you may need to install a Microsoft Visual C Service Pack similar to for JCo 3.0.4 -
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14431
Check on SAP JCo documentation to find the right level of Service Pack for your JCo dll.

Well, my question was related to Cast Iron Studio. Which version did you install? Not sure it'll change much, but you may want to try out the latest (6.1.0.9).

          Thanks Magali,
I have installed CastIron Studio 6.1.0.9 in my Windows XP with SP2 and added sapjco3.jar, sapjco3.dll and sapido3.jar file and I am trying to connect with SAP, again it is showing the error like "Unable to Connect: Required SAP JCO native library is not found. Install version 3.x SAP JCO native library(.dll or .so based on platform). Detail: Error getting the version of the native layer: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: sapjco3 (This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. )". Can you please help me.
          Thanks,
