Pinned topic How to configure WLP on Juno, OSX Lion

‏2012-09-25T18:50:02Z |
I installed Liberty from the Marketplace successfully on Juno on OSX 7.4.2 64-bit. When I tried to create the server, it asked for the Installation folder of the WebSphere Application Server V8.5 Liberty Profile. I can't seem to be able to locate it on my Mac. I tried "plugins/com.ibm.websphere.v85.core_1.0.0.v20120621_2102" but it said "The installation directory is not valid"

Do I have to install the runtime separately or is it hidden somewhere? Thanks!

    Hi,

Installing the developer tools do not themselves install the Liberty profile. The Liberty profile can be downloaded either from here [1] or directly from within the tools (look for the download and install link below the install folder.

    I hope this helps
