We are facing the issue regarding SLA ,we have implemented the SLA and given a condition that once violates the rule it should send mail or trigger the activities/process, but it is not happening, same task is appearing in the process portal but we are not able see any SLA triggered instances in portal(refer the attched files for more details).
PS: we are currently using IBM BPM 7.5.1 Standard version!
Is it issue with IBM BPM standard version? Can you please suggest on this!
