Pinned topic How to get the Type of an object from IRPInstance?

‏2012-09-14T13:27:59Z |
Hi everybody,

I am interested to get the Type of an Object as an information.
I tried to typecast from IRPInstance to IRPClass/IRPClassifier/IRPType. It was ClassCastException.
Do anyone have a suggest or idea for which Interface that I should typecast for getting the Type of an Object?

Or do you have any idea how to get the information directly from the Feature Dialog? it would be rather more straight forward for harvesting from information from the model.

Thank you very much in advance!

Best regards,
lecping

      You need IRPInstance.getOtherClass()

      Cheers
