I notice there are some new settings available for tuning in GPFS 3.5. One that I'm curious about is verbsRdmaCm enable|disable.
Does this mean Communication Manager support is now available, and wasn't used before? Is there a good reason to start using it for those of us using RDMA already?
I have some limited knowledge of cm, from the OFED world and I am curious how rDMA was being done before if cm starts disabled? heh.

It is not currently supported - sometimes things appear "under the covers" in the undocumented parameters that are not fully implemented or tested.
