Is the RSA topology editor implementing a set of standards the way the UML editor is implement the OMG standards? What are they?

You can tell that they've taken inspiration from the UML Deployment Diagram with its Nodes et al; the Logical Model is a replacement (and improvement), then the Physical and Deployment layers take us down to the real tin.
I've heard on the grapevine that IBM intends to make a submission to the OMG for TML v0.1 but I know nothing for sure.
