Is the RSA topology editor implementing a set of standards the way the UML editor is implement the OMG standards? What are they?

This is the accepted answer.TML is a proprietary language developed by IBM and thus the standard is IBM's own. You can tell that they've taken inspiration from the UML Deployment Diagram with its Nodes et al; the Logical Model is a replacement (and improvement), then the Physical and Deployment layers take us down to the real tin.
I've heard on the grapevine that IBM intends to make a submission to the OMG for TML v0.1 but I know nothing for sure.
