    Hi Seza-

    I am not pretty sure if you using parallel or server jobs ...i will assume it is parallel jobs
    And i am assuming your input/ouput file is something like that

    Input:
    Col_01|Col_02|Col_03|Col_04
    1 | A | |
    1 | | B |
    1 | | | C

    Ouput:

    Col_01|Col_02|Col_03|Col_04
    1 | A | B | C

    I recommend using the Aggregator stage
    Group By: Col_01
    Aggregation Type: Calculation

    Column for Calculation: Col_02
    * Maximum Value Output Column
    Column for Calculation: Col_03
    * Maximum Value Output Column
    Column for Calculation: Col_02
    * Maximum Value Output Column
    Column for Calculation: Col_04
    * Maximum Value Output Column
    If you need any further info please let me know
