Pinned topic Table cell text truncates

‏2012-08-30T16:31:07Z |
Hello,

I am exporting data to table format from a view. If I have 60 lines of text in a cell it is truncated at the after one page. Is there a property I can set to let it go on next page.

Please see attached picture.

Is the table truncated at the 60th line or the end of page? That is, if you fill half the page with filler text before you start your table, does the table truncate after 60 lines on the following page or does it truncate at the end of the page even though it has not displayed the 60th line?

Have you played with the style property "row > specific > row break across pages"? I don't know the default value, but if it were "false" that might explain the behavior you are seeing.

Let me know if that solves your problem.

Crhis is correct, the problem lies with the "row break across pages". You need to set it explicitly to true, the default value ( empty) is handled as false by RPE.

      Hello,

Yes, I have played with the styles. It still truncates data tru or false. I think this issue is propagating from DOORS itself. If you try to export the object with large text spanning atleast two page, it truncates data after one page. We have a ticket open with IBM on this.
