A JMS listener port stops processing messages leading to a build up of messages on the queue. Listener port appears as
'Running' in the WAS Admin Console, and there are no exceptions reported in SystemOut.log and also in MQ error logs. But if i checked the listener status in the queue, for which the listener is pointing, it is showing as 'Inactive' is shown in the attachment.
If we restart the WAS server, then listener will start to consume the messages. After consuming some 500 to 800 messages again the above problem will persist and there is no exception in WAS logs and MQ logs.
We are using Websphere MQ 6.0 and WAS 6.0.
