Pinned topic Install page doesn't display - BigInsights Enterprise cloud implementation

The install page doesn't display when I enter the appropriate url in IE Explorer or Chrome. The installer appears to start fine. This enterprise V1.4 installation is on AWS - RHEL 6.2

Any ideas?

After you are finished, run the following command to stop the installer web server:
start.sh shutdown
root@ip-10-34-14-163 biginsights-enterprise-linux64_b20120604_2018# netstat -nap | grep 8300
tcp 0 0 :::8300 :::* LISTEN 31148/java

    I should've added that I've tried both of the following:

    <ec2 public dns>:8300/Install and <ec2 public dns>:8300/Install/

    I'm having the same issue.  Has anyone provided a helpful response?

    Please use an externally accessible IP or host name to access the Installer UI.

    Also, please check {installer-home}/installer-console/var/log/server.out and {installer-home}/installer-console/var/log/server.log for any exceptions thrown by the installer server.
