I am working with WebSphere Portlet factory 7.0 for developing portlets. My query is WPF adds some default hidden links in the page. Which is coming as Violation in Rational policy Tester.Do we have any remediation for that Or is it something that we can not change.?Following are the details:
1) Default Link
2)Error given by rational policy tester (RPT)
Hyperlinks must contain text or an image with alt text.

Re: WPF 7.0 default hidden links2012-08-17T15:43:34Z in response to ShikharaniIf these are the links I'm thinking of, then they have a display:none style and are never visible to the user or screen readers (the links won't be seen by screen readers so there is no real accessibility impact). I think RPT has the option to ignore elements with display:none and that would be my recommended approach, at least for these hidden links used exclusively by the WEF page code.
There is no option to change how these links are defined.
