We are developing a product named IBM Application Runtime Expert for i (http://www.ibm.com/systems/power/software/i/are/index.html), it's now a formal IBM product. Any advice about how can we request and set up a forum here?

At this time, developerWorks is in the process of migrating the community artifacts, including forums, to a new platform. Because of this migration, we are not creating any new forums unless there is a critical business need for the forum. We suggest that until the migration is complete you try to use the other Lotus Connection functions such as groups for your needs.
Within the groups function, you can create a message board for people to post questions, and you can give public, moderated, or private access to it. The following link goes to the community page in developerWorks.
