I want to design a web page which may has a frame (or any other control) to lunch and display a third party windows application in it.
That windows application is located in the same server where the web page is stored in, and the application is sat-up and running.
How can I achieve that, and which way and language shall I follow.

The forum where you have posted your questions is primarily for those who have questions about using the developerWorks site itself. There are active forums on web development here (https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/forums/index.html#webdev); you would have a better chance of getting the answers you want if you were to post in one of them.
Let us know if we can be of additional assistance.

Re: Web Develop2013-03-21T11:22:11Z in response to Ehab_EGYWeb development company you choose for developing your site should aware about your products and services before building a customized solution for you. If you or your development company has had a good conceptualization and planning before developing web hosting, you can say you have had a custom web site.
