I'm running IBM Support Assistant 4.1 on Windows 7.
My installation of IBM Support Assistant was working fine last week.
This morning I've added a couple of new add-ons for WebSphere Application Server. Restarted Support Assistant as prompted, then get the error:-
Single sign-on account is invalid, the possible reason is your operating system account has been changed..."
Nothing has changed on my account.
I read this fix article :-
suggesting I rename
However I have performed a search, and cannot find the file ".keystore.JCEKS.IBM_J9_VM"
In fact the whole directory structure is different on my (default) installation.

IBM Support assistant V4.1 on Windows 7 the path is slightly different. This is where you should find the keystore file:

What file do I need to delete? I've searched for 'keystore' and nothing is found.

It is under the directory where User data is saved (C:\Users[userid]\IBM\ISAv41\...... )
