My team want to monitor our customer applciations via ITCAM,we never used ITCAM before.
I find some threads in JVM when we analysis javacore.
2.ITCAM Toolkit AsynchrounousTriggerWaiter
3.ITCAM Toolkit BackgroundRequestProcessor
4.ITCAM WeakReferenceMonitor background thread
we cann't connect those servers directly, can we make a conclusion that ITCAM for Application Diagnostics had already been installed on the server ?
if so, how can we connect the server with TEP(installed on my laptop)
you advice will be appreciated,and thank you in advance.

have you install ITCAM datacollectors on those servers on which customer applications are running, also TEMA(ITM Agent) and data collector are now included in a single setup for ITCAM for Application Diagnostics, also FYI you can directly switch between ITCAM for AD webconsole to ITM TEPS without providing username and password each time.
