Pinned topic Attaching multiple documents at a time
We have requirement where is user needs to attach multiple documents at at time in Maximo. As of now user is able to attach only one document at a time. Is there any configurations for this or do we need to write any customization for this.

This is the accepted answer.I've personally never came across the situation to develop a custom solution, but I can tell you that you can't do it with a setting change. At some point I can see this as an enhancement but because it doesn't prevent a user from uploading multiple attachments, I'm not sure when it would be implemented.

Were you able to figure out how to accomplish this? I have posted a thread on the same regard a while ago and noticed this thread now only.
Did you contact IBM? Can this requirement be implemented with customization?
