I'm not sure where else to check:
1) I have downloaded and installed the latest Xcode from Apple.
2) I run the db2setup, and it starts out screaming and yelling that it cannot find otool. But, obviously, it is already installed.
Honestly, based on the various items I have found on the net, I have stopped right there.
I have various otool commandss installed:
Below are the results of the find command (find / -name otool -print)
Any thoughts would be fabulous.

Something that you might want to add to the Mac install documentation:
You need to vi/vim /etc/paths file and add the /Developer/usr/bin directory to that file. Otool is not found without that addition.
