Please forgive what is likely a newbie question, but I'm trying to see what files I can exclude from source control management and according to this http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/dw/wes/pdf/0604_beers-teamdev.pdf (starting on page 7), WID should automatically set the derived property equal to true if the file was generated. But I’m not finding that to be true. Take .xsl files for example; I’ve randomly sampled many non-custom files (they say “@generated” near the top and even tell you the .map file from which they were generated) and they’re all derived=false. Am I missing something basic with regard to the derived property? I've confirmed that these files are created during a build, so I don't see a reason why they should be managed by source control.
