When I transform a logical schema to a physical, the abbreviation for a class word 'NUMBER' is ignored and the column name mirrors the attribute name of the logical model, i.e., it transforms 'ABC Number' to "ABC_NUMBER' instead of 'ABC_NBR'. I have linked the glossary via 'Windows>Preferences>Naming Standard>Glossary'. The glossary entry is 'NUMBER', 'NBR, , CLASS, , CANDIDATE.
What am I missing?

Re: Using Glossary Model abbrev when Transforming Log to Phys2012-07-02T04:28:04Z in response to JohnWebbTo link a glossary model to a project and its contained models, you can select the project in the Data Project Explorer, go to its Properties view and add the glossary model in the Naming Standard tab.
'Windows>Preferences>Naming Standard>Glossary' is used to link glossary model for Data Source Explorer where a project is not available.
Hope this helps.
