Pinned topic Simple Enterprise Application doesn't start WAS

‏2012-06-29T15:40:01Z |
Hi,

I was following the JSPWiki example on developerWorks and it creates a WebSphere Application Server VM that does not start the server automatically. The full details are in this thread (including how to reproduce it):
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/mydeveloperworks/groups/service/forum/topicThread?topicUuid=f3e8014e-afad-4bc1-bdba-ac6a5cd72acb&communityUuid=1dba2e59-05da-4b9a-84e4-2444a6cac251&lang=en

Of course this is a SCAWS problem so I am moving it here. Apparently WAS does not get started in this version of the WAS image. I am attaching the JSPWiki.ear so that you don't have to follow all the instructions on how to create this. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help diagnose this problem.

Update: just noticed that SCAWS Beta 4 is available. So I created a Beta 4 system, deployed JSPWiki.ear again - same result. WAS not coming up upon instance reboot.
