Pinned topic Noob - How do I skip tonight's backup?

‏2012-06-22T17:44:06Z |
I am installing an application update tonight that could possibly take several hours (I think there are DB scripts altering a few million records). I want to skip tonight's full system save to allow this process time to complete. if I do a GO BRMSCD option 1 that takes me to "Work with BRM Job Schedule Entries". Once here I just put a HOLD on the appropriate job, correct?

Hi Kent, correct. I would also suggest you do a WRKJOBSCDE and check that you have no other jobs that may have being scheduled that run backups via CL programs

    Thanks
