I have installed and configured WESB 220.127.116.11. Initially the messaging engines started fine. but after I rebooted my Windows Server, then its not starting,though I tried clearing the SIBOWNER data from DB.In the log it says it has acquired exclusive lock on db but in admin console stauts is STARTING.

In the profile directory under 'databases', under 'MEDB', I delete the db.lck file and this usually clears the problem up.
