I have had this issue for a few of our board members where I can see their ID, but when adding them through the "Add Members" task, it will not find the ID to add. I can find the profile for my member in a separate search of the profiles. I have confirmed the ID name from the profile page, but for some reason the Add Members can not find him. Since this is external I would like to resolve quickly allowing the client to have access to our material.
