I have had this issue for a few of our board members where I can see their ID, but when adding them through the "Add Members" task, it will not find the ID to add. I can find the profile for my member in a separate search of the profiles. I have confirmed the ID name from the profile page, but for some reason the Add Members can not find him. Since this is external I would like to resolve quickly allowing the client to have access to our material.

    Noting that this problem was handled offline. When adding members, it is possible to search on either a user's screen name or actual name.

    Yes I had this same issue and they managed to add the user from the back end. I have no idea why it only affected some users.
