When I am trying to install the software through Eclipse-Help-Install New Software,its taking lot of time to fetch the downloadables repositories and after that also not able to install it. Please help on this. I am using Windows XP,32 bit machine.

I’ve came across similar problem.
Error which I’m getting is:
"An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Unable to read repository at http://dev.worklight.com/downloads/eclipse-plugin-4.0.1/plugins/com.worklight.studio.plugin_18.104.22.168.jar.
Timeout while reading input stream.
The following system properties can be used to adjust the readTimeout, retryAttempts, and closeTimeout

Please suggest as I can’t download your plugin.

Either provide us more details, or better: We are uploading a new release of our software today "4.0.2". Please download it tomorrow and see if it solves your problem.
