When I am trying to install the software through Eclipse-Help-Install New Software,its taking lot of time to fetch the downloadables repositories and after that also not able to install it. Please help on this. I am using Windows XP,32 bit machine.

I’ve came across similar problem.
Error which I’m getting is:
"An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Unable to read repository at http://dev.worklight.com/downloads/eclipse-plugin-4.0.1/plugins/com.worklight.studio.plugin_184.108.40.206.jar.
Timeout while reading input stream.
The following system properties can be used to adjust the readTimeout, retryAttempts, and closeTimeout
Helios Service Release 1
Please suggest as I can’t download your plugin.

Either provide us more details, or better: We are uploading a new release of our software today "4.0.2". Please download it tomorrow and see if it solves your problem.

JDK 1.6 should be installed on the developer machine and eclipse.ini file should be configured to use it:
