So I'm using zSecure v1.11 and looking and a variety of OPERCMDS class resources I keep seeing a user id of "BYPASS" showing up.
I check the user guide and BYPASS shows up in two different tables.
In Table 495. SMF RACFAUTH and AUTHORITY fields - values for output processing
Bypassed-user id =
In Table 263shows the RACF authority values that can occur.
Bypasses-user id = BYPASS
This is showing up from a simulation I'm running in AM.2 in the SIMLESSD section.
I of course don't want to deny access to anything that needs it.
So could someone here help me better understand when I see BYPASS show up in access monitor what that is supposed to be telling me?

Re: Access Monitor and the user ID *BYPASS*2012-06-01T21:01:39Z in response to SystemAdminoh bother. I hate these HTML forums. The user id in question is "BYPASS" but of course the lovely scripting language on this forum interprets anything between two *'s as "bold face this type".
So whever you see BYPASS above substitute "BYPASS".
