Hi,

Trying to install Cognos Express 10, Win Svr 2003/64

May 29, 2012 1:00:27 AM : Installing ICAS - Executing command: "C:/Program Files (x86)/IBM/Cognos Express/bin64/tm1admsd.exe" -install
May 29, 2012 1:00:28 AM : java.io.IOException: Cannot run program ""C:/Program": CreateProcess error=14001, This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
May 29, 2012 1:00:28 AM : An error has occurred during the action: Configure Manager

Any thoughts?

    try to install to root directory "c:\CognosExpress"

      also you need to install on the server
      v Microsoft .NET Framework version 3.5 SP1
      v Microsoft Chart Controls for .Net Framework 3.5 SP1
      v Microsoft Excel version 2003, 2007, or 2010
      v Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) version 6 or later
