I copied my DB2 production server to another server "as is". I've managed to make everything run as it should, except for the IBM HTTP Server 1.3.28 service. When I try to activate the service through the server's services list, I got the message "The IBM HTTP Server 1.3.28 service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some service stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the perfocrmance Logs and Alerts service".
The event viewer gives this message: "The Apache service named apache.exe reported the following error:
>>> Thu May 24 09:36:51 2012 warn pid file c:/ibm/ibmhttpserver/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? <<<
before the error.log file could be opened."
Activating apache.exe file on the root C:\IBM\IBMHttpServer leads to this message:
warn pid file c:/ibm/ibmhttpserver/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run?
IBM_HTTP_SERVER/126.96.36.199 APACHE/1.3.28 <Win32> running...
ws_common: websphereUpdateConfig: Failed parsing the plugin config file
Can you help me start this server please?
