Pinned topic Getting error while connecting to SOA sandbox

‏2012-05-21T12:50:01Z |
For some reason, I am not able to connect to BPM sandbox. When I click the BPM icon,I am getting the message:

ERROR: All servers are down. Please try again later.

Any suggestions here?

Thanks.

    Hello Mohammad,

I suspect you may have attempted to access the exercise when we were performing maintenance. We were implementing updates recently. Have you attempted to access the exercise again?

If not and you do retry, please register for a new session. If you experience any connection issues, please provide the URL details from the metaframe window (i.e. one containing the exercise start icons) and a summary of the HW / SW you are using to connect.

    Regards,
    Don

I have the same problem as Mohammad. This is what I get:

      Network Error (tcp_error)

      A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

      Regards,
      Lucky Bhengu.

        Hello Lucky,

Can you provide URL details from the open metaframe window => one with exercise icons?

Also, what is your HW / SW profile?

We did have a run on a series of exercises this morning which booked our available capacity, so you may have been unable to connect b/c all images were in use. In any event, with your details we can confirm with certainty.

        Regards,

        Don
