Hello, I have not successfully accessed the Control Panel. When I select the option to create a new instance, or the Control Panel tab, I watch paint dry with no tangible results! I've let the "Loading the Control Panel" notification run for hours. What viable solution is available for this?

I have a few follow-up questions for you:
1) Can you supply a screen image of your Control Panel condition? Attach to the forum reply if possible.
2) Which data center are you attempting to create the instance on? I know Boulder was having issues earlier this week.
3) Is your goal an Instance or a Service Instance (PaaS) trial?
