‏2012-04-30T16:23:09Z |
Hi All,

Currently, we are using clearcase 7.0.1 and PurifyPlus 7.0.1.0-002.We are planning for the Clearcase migration to 7.1.2.4

Please update me which PurifyPlus version I need to use to make it compatible with CC 7.1.2.4?

Thanks in advance. Waiting for your reply.

Cheers,
Simon

    Hi Simon,

This doesn't completely answer your question, but...

    1. PurifyPlus 7.0.1.0-002 is in fact the current release of
    PurifyPlus for Linux and UNIX.

    2. There are plans for a new release later this year, but no
release dates have been announced yet.

    Regards,
    Don

    Hi Don,

    Nice to see your reply.

We are migrating to AIX from solaris. Is there any specific pakage for AIX? or Can I use the package meant for LINUX and UNIX?

    Cheers,
    Simon

The PurifyPlus for Linux and UNIX package supports AIX,
Solaris (SPARC and x64), and Linux (RHEL and SUSE). So,
while there are separate Purify binaries for AIX and
Solaris, you don't need to purchase anything else. The
PurifyPlus for Linux and UNIX package supports AIX.
