Pinned topic Not Seeing Any Instances in the APM UI

‏2012-04-30T15:43:41Z |
I have the APM UI installed and can access it. I have agents running for DB2, WAS and IHS. I have ITM 6.2.3 FP1 with REST enabled and working. Still I see no Instances in the APM UI to add to the dashboard. I do see these errors in various log files as stated:

I tried restarting the TEPS and TIP. No change. I am not getting Connection Refused, I am getting these java errors in various logs:

From SystemErr.log:

4/23/12 10:58:53:407 CDT 00000023 DataCollector E com.ibm.tivoli.apm.aggregate.DataCollector bindDataToWidget Bind Data to Widgetw12Failed!null

So I still cannot see any Instances to add to the widgets when I Bring up the APM GUI.

could you please provide us your providers.json?

And if possible, can we access your TEPS and TIP machines to take a look? Thanks.

From the log , that seems ITM Data provider was not deployed success or instance didn't be configured.
    Please do the following steps:
1 Check ITM Data provider deployed success
Open URL http://<ITM DP IP>:15210/ITMRESTProvider/test.html in your browser, click GET button in the page, that should show the provider list.
2 Config Instance in the summary page(then second page)
After install APM UI, please config instance to every domain group widget. Please reference the video in - IBM SmartCloud Application Performance Management UI Beta 1 Demo

Attaching my providers.json. The ID I am using, sysadmin, does not have a password when accessing TEPS, so I just put a dummy password in the file of "password". My Hub TEMS name is just TEMS and it shows up as itm.TEMS when I pull that infor from the REST interface using the URL mentioned in the install doc for APM.

As to getting access, yes that's possible, we'll just have to find a time when I am at home that fits with your schedule as well. I am out all this week, so maybe early next week?

The password should not be dummy, set the password empty string is ok.
