‏2012-04-26T18:11:18Z |
Hi

We have fully distributed environment with following setup( WebSphere Partner Gateway Enterprise Edition V6.2X)

wpg1 rcvr,mas,console
wpg2 rcvr,mas,console
wpg3 docmgr, WAS DMGR
wpg4 docmgr

we have done one sftp destination, that will connect the partner SFTP Server it will sent file to partner SFTP server directory.

SFTP Destination connecting the partner server with Authentication Type:Private Key
while we doing the testing, we getting below error

*bold*Document delivery to partner Destination failed: javax.resource.spi.ResourceAllocationException : An error occurred while establishing a connection with the FTP server, invalid input parameters*bold*
Able to connect the partner sftp server with manual SFTP command from wpg3,4 with private key

+italics+sftp -o IdentityFile=<private Key> <userid>@<host_ip>italics

Here is the issue,
why WPG not able to connect with partner SFTP server, when the Manual command is working
what kind of protocol needs to open in the firewall level, experts pls help me.

Thanks

    Hi

Found the culprit for this issue! Partner certificate
Here is the way how we did the investigation for this issue.
1.check the WPG receiver and document manager log.
2.if WPG sftp destination going to connect partner FTP server, we need to check the partner end sftp server log,
this will give clear error message.
    Thanks
