I'm attempting to upgrade IBM MQ 7.0.16 from v 126.96.36.199. However, near the end of the installation of the new version, the installation rolls back and we get a message saying: "The wizard was interrupted before the operation could be completed. To complete the operation at another time, please run the wizard again".
We've looked at the logs, and they provide the following error:"Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: IBM WebSphere MQ. Product Version: 188.8.131.52. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: IBM. Installation success or error status: 1603."
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a known resolution?
